Rae Ann Schmitz, JD
is the executive director of Conflict Resolution Center. She is a
lawyer/mediator who graduated from Creighton University Law School and practiced
law for 25 years, specializing in poverty law and domestic relations. She has
been a mediator since 1992 and has been mediating as a full time career since
2005. She is certified in Basic Mediation, Family
Mediation, Family Group Conferencing, Victim/Offender Mediation, Special
Education Mediation, Group Facilitation, and Advanced Mediation. Rae Ann served
on the board of directors of the Conflict Resolution Center, the advisory
council to the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution and the NSBA Alternative
Dispute Resolution Committee.
